We collect only what a shop needs to take a load and what a customer needs to follow it. We do not sell personal information.
Who this is for
Shop owners and staff run the till. Customers book, claim a walk-in ticket, and track an order. A visitor can open a shop’s public page without an account.
What we collect
- Mobile number and name. That is how you sign in. There is no email login and no SMS one-time code.
- Orders. Services, weights, prices, status, pickup and delivery notes, and payment state.
- Photos you choose to send. Shop logos and covers, weigh pictures, and payment receipts. These are stored so the shop can work the load.
- Camera. Used when you scan a shop or receipt QR code.
- Location. Used only when a shop pins itself on the map, with permission.
- Device settings you set in the app. For example whether the shop doorbell is on.
Where it lives
Account and order data is stored in our hosted database (Supabase). Images are stored with our image host (ImageKit). Access is limited by shop: a shop sees its own customers and orders, not another laundry’s.
Who sees it
- You see your own account and orders.
- The laundry you joined sees the orders and contact details needed to wash and return the load.
- Platform administrators can see shops in order to support the product.
- We do not sell lists of numbers. We do not run advertising networks on this data.
How long we keep it
Orders stay with the shop that took them so history, receipts, and disputes can be checked. If you want an account removed, write to us using the address below.
Your choices
You can refuse camera, photos, or location: those features simply will not run. You can close an account by contacting support. A shop can turn its public web page off.
Children
Milaundry is for running a laundry, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
